We’re committed to offering high-quality, personalised tutoring. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for both our tutors and students, we ask that you please review the following policies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full and considered forfeited.

• To cancel or reschedule, please email us or message your tutor directly as soon as possible.

No-Shows

• If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, the full fee will be charged.

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered for missed sessions or last-minute cancellations.

• If you have purchased a bundle of lessons, unused sessions can be transferred to another subject or student, or rescheduled if within our cancellation window.

• If you are unsatisfied with your first session, please contact us within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to resolve any issues fairly.
