Online UCAT course for students in Pakistan:

FAQs

1 / What is the UCAT and who needs to take it?

The UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test) is an admissions test required by the majority of UK medical and dental schools. Students in Pakistan who are applying to UK universities will almost always need to take the UCAT as part of their application.

2 / Can I prepare for the UCAT while studying in Pakistan?

Yes — and many of our students do. All of our UCAT tutoring is delivered online, making it easy for students in Pakistan to access expert support from Oxbridge-trained medical tutors. Our lessons are fully interactive, with real-time strategy coaching, mock questions, and targeted feedback.

3 / Who will be teaching me?

All of our UCAT tutors are medical students or doctors from top UK universities, including the University of Cambridge. They've scored in the top percentiles of the UCAT themselves and are experienced in helping international students improve rapidly and confidently.

4 / Do you offer group courses?

Yes! We offer group courses by expert tutors, with small class sizes, and proven results. See our group courses available here.

5 / Where do I sit the UCAT in Pakistan?

Pearson VUE centers are available in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.. Booking is done via the official UCAT website once registration opens each year, in May. You can use the UCAT website to find a test centre.

6 / How much does the UCAT cost to sit in Pakistan?

The UCAT costs £115 (Approx. 43,040 PKR) to sit outside of the UK.

7 / Can I get extra time to take the UCAT?

Yes - you can request access arrangements with the UCAT once you have registered for the test on their website. You can get rest breaks, extra time, a separate room, access to medicines. You can find more information about access arrangements here. You must apply for these arrangements at least 10 working days before you take your test.

8 / How are the UCAT tutoring sessions delivered?

All our sessions are delivered 1:1 online via Zoom. We match you with a specialist tutor and schedule lessons at times that suit your availability and time zone. We'll ensure lessons are seamless, convenient, and fully personalised.

9 / How long should I spend preparing for the UCAT?

We recommend 6–10 weeks of focused preparation, depending on your starting point and confidence. Most students benefit from 1–2 sessions per week, with additional independent practice between lessons. Starting early is key, especially if you're balancing schoolwork alongside UCAT prep.

10 / How does pricing work for students in Pakistan?

Lessons are £119/hr (approx. 44,538 PKR). Group courses are £496 (approx. 185,637 PKR). We also offer discounted packages for 5 or 10 sessions. All payments are made securely online. See our full pricing here.

11 / Can you help me with other parts of my application?

Absolutely! Book a session with Tom or Miriam, where we can help you choose medical schools, make informed decisions, and start your journey to success. We can also help you with choosing a medical school and application strategy,  personal statements, interviews, and A Levels.
