Cancellations & Rescheduling

Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full and considered forfeited.

To cancel or reschedule, please email us or message your tutor directly as soon as possible.
No-Shows
Refunds

Refunds are not offered for missed sessions or last-minute cancellations.

If you have purchased a bundle of lessons, unused sessions can be transferred to another subject or student, or rescheduled if within our cancellation window.

If you are unsatisfied with your first session, please contact us within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to resolve any issues fairly.
